Do I have to pay for what?

Government insured patients have to pay a prescription charge. This payment does not come practice benefit, but is forwarded directly and in full to the health insurance companies.

What should I bring for the treatment?

Please bring a large towel and comfortable clothing with you to your appointments. If you come to the sportstherapie, sports clothing and indoor shoes are needed.

How my first treatment work?

In the first treatment, the focus is on the general medical history, so that an optimal and individual treatment plan can be developed.

Where can I park?

You can park close to Poco-store car park or Mercaden.

05.

I can not perceive my appointment, what next?

If you can not keep an appointment, say from property at least 24 hours in advance so we can make
your appointment to another patient.


For short-term cancellations we have to make the appointment fee if the resulting gap can not be
closed.
